Being available is one of the most important aspects of an IT company. While I service many people at any hour of the day, have a family and social responsibilities, picking up the phone when you call is important to me. I might not always get it, but I will always return the call.
Email is honestly the best. I'm generally on my emails around 18 hours per day.
